NSW Member Briefing | Development Assessment and Standard and Model Conditions

The proposed changes to development application requirements and conditions of consent are another opportunity to improve how the NSW planning system operates.

PIA will examine how the proposals operate in practice, including whether they appropriately respond to different development contexts, avoid duplication and achieve consistency without becoming inflexible.

We encourage PIA members to attend this webinar and contribute their questions and feedback to help inform PIA’s submission. Submissions close 5 pm, Thursday 30 July 2026.

This session will be recorded. We encourage you to register even if you're unable to attend live, as you'll be able to access the recording afterwards.
