About the ACT Women in Planning Network

The PIA ACT Women in Planning Network is your local divisional group for Women Planners, supported by the ACT Division of PIA.

Our Mission

Inspires, supports and advances women throughout their careers, raises the profile of women as leaders in their profession and includes their perspectives and attributes to planning and development policies and programs.

Core Functions

The network will continue the following core functions under the PIA umbrella:

  • The promotion, support and education of woman within the planning and built environment industry within ACT.
    Raising the profile of professional women in planning through facilitation, engagement and professional development.
