Adele is an experienced urban and environmental planner who has worked across both the strategic and statutory planning arenas. Adele has a sound understanding of strategic land use planning processes and the ability to interpret relevant legislation. She has been involved in writing master plans and development schemes for urban residential, greenfield and large-scale industrial sites.

Her professional focus is policy development and strategic planning advice on complex land use and social planning matters in urban, rural and regional contexts. Heidi's passion is promoting liveability and advocating for implementing best planning practices that support the well-being of Tasmanians.
