Planning News is the only bi-monthly publication in Australia aimed specifically at planners.

This publication features all the latest news on planning issues and events, including regular columns from the Minister for Planning and Shadow Minister for Planning, for both Victoria and Tasmania, alongside a summation of VCAT decisions.

It's a great forum for planners and others related to the profession to express their thoughts on a variety of topics.

Planning News online for PIA Members

Past and present issues of Planning News can be accessed online through the journal archive service Informit, through RMIT Publishing.

This service provides searchable full-text access to the magazine, with articles available on a pay-per-download basis. Staff and students of most universities are likely to have full paid access to Informit, and should check with their institution if they are unsure. The archive currently extends to 2006 and we hope to add back issues progressively over time.
